Refunds and Cancellations (ONLINE SALES ONLY)

This policy applies to online sales ony and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy , Terms and Conditions and Shipping Policy.


For Standard Products:

In order to be eligible to return an item, it must remain in standard, unmodified/unaltered form, in its original packaging. You as a buyer are responsible for any shipping costs, or services, incurred that are needed to return the item to Morgan Marine Ltd. In addition all returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

For non-standard products:

For customers that have ordered standard cabinets, fitted with additional non-standard extras, the buyer must contact Morgan Marine Ltd, in order to negotiate a return.

Please note we do not refund the original shipping costs incurred to the customer.


If a refund is due, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case; within 30 days of receipt of the undamaged product. This refund will be minus any re-stocking fee or administrative costs, incurred by Morgan Marine Limited. Please note we also do not refund the original shipping costs incurred to the customer.
