PSF (Wales) Ltd, part of the Morgan
GRP Group of companies has been successful in winning entry in the world renowned Red Book(published by the Loss Prevention Certification Board, part of BRE) for the manufacture of its Hercules SAF range of
buildings and doors.
The wall construction and both single and double doors have been tested to LPCB Levels 2,3 and 4 of LPS1175 Issue 6: Specification for Testing and Classifying the Burglary Resistance of Building Components.
We are also proud to announce that we are the ONLY UK Company to successfully test our GRP construction and have achieved SR level 2 and 3 Certification, giving our clients build choice for the first time in this product area.

Our double skin construction gives an exceptionally high insulation value making the buildings energy efficient and helping to reduce carbon footprint whilst meeting all security requirements.We are not limited to set sizes of buildings and design to suit individual requirements and specifications.
The internal finish is fully lined which enables wall mounting of equipment, please advise weight so the construction can be adjusted to accommodate.

To suit our client's needs doors have been tested with a number of different types of lock from padlockable through to euro and oval cylinder 3-point locking systems, proximity readers can be incorporated.

LPCB Doors
Our LPCB Certified doors manufactured by PSF Wales Limited are fully certified to LPCB SR2, SR3 and SR4 as per the LPS 1175 Issue 6, fitted with a multi-tude of locks with emergency egress if required. We are the ONLY Supplier with a pad-lockable lock which has an emergency egress even with the padlock deployed in the locked position. |
LPCB Inspection Service
Morgan Marine offers an inspection service to ensure products certified under LPS 1175 continue to meet the required Security Rating. Over time we are aware modifications are made by others which are not necessarily in line with the standard. We can offer site specific inspections, annual and five yearly to suit our clients requirements. |
